Lately, I have been really curious about yoga. So, I found these amazing girls ” Tone It Up” that teach us about yoga, beauty and many others tips !
I have searched to know what exactly is the meaning of yoga and it is is defined as any of the methods or disciplines prescribed, especially a series of postures and breathing exercises practiced to achieve control of the body and mind, tranquillity, etc. As at this moment, I am studying and feeling stressed, I decided to exercise few times a week yoga !
