Today’s post is about one of my favourite summer smothie made with blueberries, strawberries & bananas! It is a very refreshing & delicious smoothie to drink but also low fat! It helps you to get very full without taking too much calories. Also, these three fruits contain lots of good nutrients (check out my last article about eating healthy snacks). Here are the following ingredients that you need:
Ingredients you need (for 2 persons):
100 gr of blueberries
100 gr of strawberries
4 tablespoons of low fat quark
1 cup of milk
